We also have extensive experience of working in explosive atmosphere environments; as such we are able to provide equipment certified and fully compliant with the relevant ATEX Standards.

Our equipment is frequently linked to factory networks where production trends are measured and monitored. The resulting process data is stored against unique batch and component part numbers for complete traceability and quality control requirements.
All equipment is installed and commissioned by our skilled team of engineers with minimum disruption to existing production. Full operator and maintenance training is always included, along with provision of all manuals, drawings, parts lists etc.
All Mecelec Design Ltd designed and produced equipment is delivered fully CE marked.
The wide range of versatile CAD packages used by our highly skilled mechanical and electrical design engineers deliver clear 3D equipment images for review and discussion prior to manufacture. We are able to interface seamlessly with customer CAD data, component drawings and associated 3D models. In addition, we have modern facilities enabling the transfer of large data files to be completed with ease.
We use these CAD packages to integrate your parts into our machines or our machine into your factory layout. We are fully flexible in our approach to providing design solutions to support our projects and to exceed client expectations.
Mecelec Design Ltd offers both PC- or PLC-control solutions, always designed in-house to meet your specific requirements.
Dedicated control system programs are exclusively written by our in-house software engineers to provide reliable, accurate and safe control of all our equipment. If required you can link our control systems directly to your factory network. Or, if preferred, we can provide a remote link used exclusively for access to our control system. The objective is to enable remote access to perform both operational and maintenance tasks from off-site locations.
All our equipment is backed by a comprehensive warranty and full documentation package. After-sales support and maintenance agreements can also be offered to meet clients’ specific needs. On occasions we are required to provide support for the operational life of the equipment, typically thirty years in the case of aerospace projects.
